Doug and Lesleigh joined the staff at FBC in March of 2023. They have been in the ministry for over 18 years, and this is the third church that they have led. Doug is also involved in coaching football and softball for Sturgis Schools. Lesleigh stays busy at home and enjoys being available to assist Doug in visiting and serving those in the church.
